Well duh! So what's wrong with that? I don't know. Nothing's really wrong about it per se, I mean, some of it's fun. I've registered on Walmart and Amazon (links later), but I'm actually letting Shaigo add the items, as I don't really know what would be appropriate to ask people to get me. I mean, seriously now if I had my way I'd be going to barnes and noble and borders and picking out all the books I wanted, and then the house would be full of books *happy thought*. And then Shaigo would kill me.
Maybe I'll indulge in some of the gourmet food requests, there are Japanese food packages I've been eying for quite some time. I also enabled the gift card features, so we have ultimate flexibility there. It just occurred to me that the wedding is like.. 4 months away. I should really get on the ball here. For some reason the biggest hangup has to deal with the bridesmaids. I've always been really bad at asking people for money, or for requiring people to pay their own money for something that was my idea. So I'm toying around with just asking them to wear whatever they like and feel comfortable in. I actually have to ask the parentals about that, since they are paying for the wedding.
Artwise, I don't really have time to do more than sketch. And I finally have a printer that's compatible with my mac, so I should scan in some stuff. For some reason the way my laptop is set up at home makes me really uncomfortable with using my tablet. I mean, I love working at a desk. This desk, however, is tiny, and so I have to hold it in my lap. My dad's study is always empty, so maybe I'll start taking Artemis (the mac's name) in there and trying to ink/color stuff. Honestly though, that room is the coldest in the house, and it's full of religious paraphenalia. You try to draw T&A with Jesus staring at you (Because most of my art has taken on decidedly erotic overtones). I imagine I'll work something out.
